DHM1056. Battle of Culloden by Brian Palmer. The Jacobite charge which broke through the ranks of Barrells regiment is counter charged by four British regiments including the 48th Legoniers regiment. Signed limited edition of 1150 prints. Image size 25 inches x 15 inches (64cm x 38cm)

DHM330. The Battle of Culloden, 16th April 1746 by David Rowlands. The Kings Regiment positioned behind the Leanach dyke, opens a deadly flanking fire on the Highlanders of the Atholl Brigade, on the right wing of the Jacobite Army, under the command of Colonel William Barrell, played a significant role on the British Royal Armys left flank. They were positioned on rising ground, protected by a dyke, and their fire inflicted heavy casualties on the charging Highlanders of the Atholl Brigade. The regiment suffered considerable losses, with Lieutenant Colonel Robert Rich losing a hand and nearly losing his other arm. Signed limited edition of 1000 prints.
